Frequently Asked Questions
Why is it named Agape Fish Fund?
Agape is selfless, sacrificial, unconditional love, as demonstrated by Jesus Christ. It is foundational to the Christian faith and the core reason why we choose to bless others through charitable giving. The fish symbol is a pictorial representation of the Greek work Ichthys which was an acronym for Iesous Christos, Theou Yios, Soter, meaning "Jesus Christ, God's Son, Savior." We hope charity could have an eternal impact modeling Jesus' sacrificial love for those in need.
Why did you create Agape Fish Fund?
Agape Fish Fund is run by its own Christian-focused team, and we wanted to make a centralized location for our Christian donors to easily find ministries to support. Donations to Agape are spent to further the kingdom ministries. The Agape platform allows us to be more vocal and clear about our faith in our mission and content.
