Monthly Project Report: Burma Orphans (June 2018)

Agape Fish Fund partners with Adonai Child Rehabilitation, a Christian ministry in Kalaymyo, Burma, to provide discipleship, education, and nutrition to orphans and poor children. 

Continued Growth

Adonai Child Rehabilitation opened in 2016. Over the past couple of years, we have seen how the vulnerable children that we serve have grown—physically, spiritually, and academically.

Here is an example of one of the girls. We are so proud to see how much she has matured from last year to this year. We praise God for blessing these children!

The Dormitory

In May 2018, we did renovations on the children's dormitory building. In June 2018, it was in danger of being damaged from the monsoon. Praise God everyone was safe!

Daily Life

The children enjoy nutritious food and occasional sweet treats as they fellowship with each other.

English Learning

We are teaching the children English so that they can continue to learn and improve in their language skills.

Prayers for Lian Lian

Please pray for Lian Lian's health. In May 2018, he suffered from a lip disease. Praise God it got healed. However, now Lian Lian is suffering from asthma. He is coughing nonstop and can't attend school. We covet your prayers for him.

Street Children

We often see children who roam the streets and don't have stable places to live. Although we are limited in how many children we can take in, we try to provide meals to other vulnerable children we encounter in our area.
