Letter from Mr. Binh

This letter was written by one of the inmates, Mr. Hà Huy Bình, who became a hearty convert, thanks to our prison ministry. Mr. Bình actively participates in the Scripture memorization contest. Sister Diep is one of the prison ministry co-workers.

Dear Sister Diep,

Actually, I do not know what to say now, except to thank you sincerely for all that you have given us. You have provided emotional support and encouragement, which are the main motivations for me and my brothers to find ourselves and the path that has been leading us to God. Thank God for giving us a very serious sister who cares for us.

You know, once upon a time I was very depressed, wanting to give up everything. But you have been a bridge to bring me to a new life. You brought me to God, who loves us so much. I remember your heart and all that you have done for me.

Now my thoughts have changed a lot. I have also found joy and smiles in the present life. All of this is the grace that God gives. Once again, I thank you sincerely.

In closing, I wish you for you to always have good health, to always have a smile on your lips, and to find a lot of fun in life. Try to stay healthy. God will always be with you, bless you, and keep you.

Thank you for the past days.
You gave us strength to step through mistakes
And the dirty days of living.
How many mistakes we've made.
Seems like we couldn't understand a thing.
That life was not the way to go.
But now God is near.
The son of grace sums up the Father.
Although the road is far away.
How close are you, God?
I just have faith.
Tomorrow will give us our share.
God's love is immense.
How many sins God forgives.
Try to read the Bible every night.
Live your life to please God.
