Year-End Report: Taiwan Prison Ministry (2017)

The Taiwan Prison Ministry reaches out to Vietnamese people in Taiwan through church fellowships and activities in prison, such as worship services, discipleship, and Bible memorization contests.

This year we reached out to detainees at different detention centers in Taiwan, include SanXia and Yilan. Praise God that the detainees are accepting Jesus and growing in their faith through discipleship.

Through large group presentations and smaller group follow ups, we helped the detainees learn about Jesus.

Gifts for the detainees

Our support enables the ministry to provide gifts to the detainees, such as supplemental food and toiletry items. The gifts are prepared and distributed as acts of kindness and compassion.

Ministry Workers

Our support also helps provide stipends for the volunteer prison ministry workers. Sister Diep and an intern Mr. Thai have been visiting the prisoners and detainees regularly to build relationships and disciple them. This greatly helps Pastor Thu, who oversees the ministry.
